We currently have 1 adult 6 yr old sweet male for the fee paid directly to the vet to spay/neuter and teeth clean costs only. (Costs vary by veterinarian)  No. I do not want any money for my retirees......  Just a person to love and pay for the spay/neuter and teeth clean directly to the veterinarian. 
Rescue may be an option for you if you have patience, time and extra money for health issues or to hire a trainer! We take in approx. 3-5 rescues a year (not our dogs) and work with them to rehabilitate.
  Our personal retired dogs are no more than 5-6 years old and loving and sweet since they have been with us their whole life.  They still have 10 years of life in them!  
Quality breeders never let their dogs go to shelters or rescue organizations, but we cannot control what the unethical breeders do.  We can suggest rescuing a dog for the dog's sake but do NOT condone unethical breeding.  Good breeders take back their puppies/dogs no matter what the age or condition is. You will rarely find a healthy, beautiful and well-bred dog in a shelter but they DO Need love.
